Everyone is so pleasant and knowledgeable

I’m wearing braces for the first time since I was 12. Dr. Potts and his staff are absolutely incredible. Everything was explained to me including the cost which I felt is well worth it. I recommend Dr. Potts to all adults who are wanting to make a change.

Super friendly, very informative, and very nice office

Today I had my braces changed as I usually do and I had Dannie as my chair side assistant. She did a wonderful job explaining what was about to be done and being change to my braces. Very friendly and professional

Fantastic staff, Understanding, walks you through the process. The staff is courteous and friendly. Dr. Potts orthodontist is the only place I would recommend.

They did my braces years ago and my smile is amazing because of them! Last week my permanent retainer came loose and they got me in quickly and repaired it very quickly & they didn’t charge me much! Quick fix and everyone in this practice from the admin specialist to the technicians and Dr Potts are always so sweet, cordial and professional and I love how they decorated the office, they change it frequently making it fun!

I have to say that I have nothing but the best experience since starting here over 2 years ago. Dr. Potts is friendly and knows what he’s doing. His staff make it even better. They’re personable and make you feel like family. My wife recommended me going there! She had her braces handled by them when she was a teenager.
