I had an unexpected issue when my bottom permanent retainer came undone after a VA endoscopy, and Dr. Potts — my childhood orthodontist — got me in the very next day. They saw me quickly, fixed everything in under an hour, and reminded me why they were always the best. I never imagined I’d be back at 33, but I’m genuinely grateful I was. If you ever need repairs or maintenance on braces or retainers, the investment is absolutely worth it, especially with a team like this. Dr. Potts and his staff were superb from start to finish.

Very kind, very polite, EXTREMELY well organized. Arrived at 11 for 1130 appointment. Waited maybe 5 minutes. Was there less than an hour for a permanent retainer repair. Highly recommend.

I’m wearing braces for the first time since I was 12. Dr. Potts and his staff are absolutely incredible. Everything was explained to me including the cost which I felt is well worth it. I recommend Dr. Potts to all adults who are wanting to make a change.

Today I had my braces changed as I usually do and I had Dannie as my chair side assistant. She did a wonderful job explaining what was about to be done and being change to my braces. Very friendly and professional
